"小单快反"模式下服装供应链现金流与库存优化的系统动力学仿真
System dynamics simulation of cash flow and inventory optimization in apparel supply chain under the"small-batch,quick-response"model
摘要
Abstract
To address the dynamic equilibrium mechanism between cash flow and inventory in apparel supply chains,this study takes cross-border e-commerce apparel enterprises as the research object.Grounded in system dynamics theory and employing an empirical analysis approach,it explores the nonlinear relationships between order rate and feedback cycle on and their impacts inventory levels and capital liquidity under the small-batch,quick-response(SBQR)mode.The results show that,within the SBQR framework,increasing the order rate and shortening the feedback cycle can reduce inventory levels and volatility,accelerate capital turnover,and improve cash flow stability.When both the order rate and feedback cycle are optimized simultaneously,the overall performance improvement of the supply chain system is most pronounced.These findings provide references for optimization in apparel supply chain.关键词
