高职院校"政行企校"协同育人机制构建研究
Research on the Construction of the Government-Industry-Enterprise-School Collaborative Education Mechanism in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract
Constructing the government-industry-enterprise-school collaborative education mechanism is an inevitable requirement for promoting higher vocational education to adapt to the new economic normal and serve the strategy of building a manufacturing power.Currently,the collaborative education mechanism still faces problems in its development,such as unclear positioning,insufficient intrinsic motivation,inefficient operation mechanism,and imperfect evaluation and feedback system.Based on a systematic analysis of the construction and current development predicaments,this paper proposes construction paths,including clarifying the positioning of multiple subjects,building a benefit-sharing mechanism,optimizing the operation mechanism,and improving the evaluation system,aiming to provide references for deepening the reform of higher vocational education.关键词
