高职院校高层次人才队伍建设现状与对策
The Current Situation and Countermeasures of High-Level Talent Team Development in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract
As a core pillar for implementing the strategy of invigorating China through education,science and technology and talent,higher vocational colleges should foster new drivers for the development of vocational education with high-level talents,and make due contributions to the high-quality development of regional economy.In recent years,higher vocational colleges have intensified their efforts to attract and cultivate high-level talents,yet they still face many difficulties.The paper analyzes the problems in the recruitment,cultivation,and management of the high-level talent team,and proposes countermeasures,including optimizing recruitment standards,implementing targeted training,and establishing diversified incentives.By integrating with practical cases,this study provides operational paths for higher vocational colleges to break through the bottleneck in talent recruitment and cultivation and optimize the faculty structure.关键词
