产教融合下无人机专业人才培养模式研究
Exploration on the Talent Cultivation Model for the UAV Major under Industry-Education Integration
摘要
Abstract
Currently,the talent cultivation of the UAV major in vocational colleges is facing three major challenges:a rigid curriculum system,a"vacuum"in practical teaching,and superficial integration of industry and education.To address the structural disconnection between talent supply and local industry demands,guided by the goal of serving the development of the regional low-altitude economy,this paper constructs a new talent cultivation model featuring in-depth industry-education integration.The model is built through establishing mutually beneficial educational partnerships,implementing project-led curriculum and certificate integration reforms,and building a structured teaching team with two-way flow.This model promotes a shift in talent cultivation logic from a discipline-based approach to one oriented towards industry demands.It aims to cultivate comprehensive technical and skilled talents with full-chain job capabilities for the regional low-altitude economy,and to achieve the organic connection between the education system,talent supply and industrial chain.关键词
