文化特派员制度赋能民族文艺精品生产的机制分析
Mechanisms by Which the Cultural Commissioner Program Facilitates the Production of High-Quality Ethnic Artworks:A Case Study of the She Ethnic Rock Song Ajiajia

Abstract
In grassroots cultural practice in ethnic areas,a longstanding gap persists between the accumulation of ethnic cultural resources and the creation of high-quality artistic works,and robust pathways that translate cultural preservation into artistic production have yet to emerge.In Zhejiang Province,the Cultural Commissioner Program,which stations professional cultural workers in long-term local residencies,has created a new institutional environment for ethnic-arts production.Using the creative process of the She ethnic rock song Ajiajia as a case study,this article applies single-case analysis and process-tracing to explore how the program operates in a concrete creative context.The study finds that the program does not exert influence by prescribing artistic content.Rather,through its sustained embeddedness in grassroots society it reshapes the structural conditions of artistic production,enabling ethnic cultural memory,lived experience,and contemporary socio-cultural context to be recombined through collaborative creation.Once an artwork receives public recognition,its impact further radiates into the local cultural fabric.关键词
