Abstract
Taking imperial clan participation in politics during the reign of Emperor Ningzong in the Southern Song Dynasty as the entry point,the article focuses on Zhao Xun's political practices during the Kaixi Northern Expedition and Jiading Reforms.It reveals how his actions,such as breaking through ancestral institutions through the"Signing Official of the Court of the Secretariat Council"system and establishing private military forces,reshaped the central power structure.Through combining documentary analysis with institutional research,the study confirms that the symbiotic relationship between Zhao Xun and the chief minister Shi Miyuan gave rise to the"crown prince-chief minister co-governance",which not only accelerated the expansion of the chief minister's power but also provided a practical template for the system of imperial princes'participation in decision-making during the reign of Emperor Lizong.The findings indicate that the rise and fall of Zhao Xun's political career fundamentally manifests the failure of imperial clan inheritance and the crisis of military and financial privatization in the Southern Song Dynasty.His sudden death created a power vacuum that directly propelled the formation of Shi Miyuan's autocratic control as the sole minister.关键词
