乡村数字基础设施对农业经济韧性的影响分析
The impact analysis of rural digital infrastructure on resilience of agricultural economy

Abstract
Enhancing the resilience of agricultural economy is crucial for addressing multiple risks and challenges and achieving high-quality development of rural economy.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2022,this paper empirically explored the impact of rural digital infrastructure construction on the resilience of agricultural economy and its underlying mechanism,and focused on revealing the mediating effect of agricultural industrial structure upgrading.The findings were as follows:(1)Rural digital infrastructure had a significant enhancing effect on the resilience of agricultural economy,with an estimated coefficient of 0.141.The conclusion still held after endogenous control and multiple robustness tests.(2)Further mechanism tests showed that rural digital infrastructure enhanced the resilience of agricultural economy by promoting the optimization and upgrading of agricultural industrial structure.(3)Heterogeneity analysis revealed that the impact of rural digital infrastructure on the resilience of agricultural economy was more significant in the central and western regions,non-grain production areas and the first batch of pilot provinces for the"Broadband China"initiative.(4)The threshold effect test revealed that there was a fixed threshold for the impact of population agglomeration and rural digital infrastructure on the resilience of agricultural economy,and it showed a nonlinear characteristic where the marginal benefits gradually decreased as the investment increased.This paper proposed policy implications:promote the construction of rural digital infrastructure in a coordinated manner,strengthen the mediating effect of agricultural industrial structure upgrading,implement differentiated strategies based on local conditions,and precisely target policies according to the population agglomeration threshold to maximize the resilience of agricultural economy.关键词
