基于文本挖掘的世界遗产游客体验感知研究

Abstract
As a world heritage that integrates landscape and agricultural civilization,Jingmai Mountain has attracted unprecedented attention.In this context,how to coordinate the relationship between protection and development of Jingmai Mountain,and promote the sustainable development of its production,living and ecological functions is worthy of in-depth discussion.This paper sorts out the key information such as the core tourism landscape,tourist behavior and consumption mode,and tourist tourism evaluation and perception from the perspective of tourist experience perception by using the method of text analysis.It deeply analyzes the problems faced by Jingmai Mountain as a world heritage in the process of protection and development,to provide references for the protection and development of world heritage.The practice of Jingmai Mountain shows that the multi-element collaborative development of world heritage relies on the appreciation,the immersive experience of cultural experience and the synergy of service guarantee are the core sources of the overall perceived value of tourists.Cultural empowerment plays a key role in the perception of world heritage.The balance between the protection and development of world heritage is the core of tourism development.Based on the theory of tourist satisfaction,the theory of tourist perceived value and the Gestalt psychology,this paper studies the development and protection of world heritage with production,living and ecological functions,and puts forward the policy enlightenments:improving infrastructure and reducing arrival cost,improving service level and increasing experience consumption,increasing the protection of landscape and promoting sustainable development,exploring humanistic stories and broadening publicity ways,so as to promote the sustainable development of world heritage like Jingmai Mountain which is based on natural scenery and human folklore.关键词
