推动森林粮库高质量发展刍议
A preliminary study on promoting the high-quality development of forest food reserve
摘要
Abstract
To implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and promote the high-quality development of forest food reserve,based on a broad food perspective and taking the construction of a modern industrial system as the entry point,this paper takes Jiangxi Province as a case study to reveal the current achievements,typical models and experiences in the development of forest food reserve.The findings show that since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,Jiangxi Province has continuously expanded its forest food reserve,with forest foods,woody oil crops,fruits,dried fruits and forest medicinal materials at their core.The production capacity of forest food reserve has been steadily enhanced,marking the transition from"province rich in forestry resources"to"strong province in forestry industries".However,issues such as extending industrial chains,increasing investment in technological research and development,and enhancing brand value still require further improvement.Typical models include the Chongyi model focusing on large-scale operations and a diversified forest food supply system,the Xiangdong model emphasizing linking farmers with industries,increasing their incomes,and integrating primary,secondary and tertiary industries for quality enhancement,the Yiyang model centering on large-scale cultivation and value enhancement across the entire industrial chain,and the Guixi model promoting diversified cooperation and integrated industrial development.The research conclusions indicate that:(1)The development of forest food reserve can stimulate value enhancement across the entire forestry industrial chain.(2)It enables technological progress to empower productivity transformation through internal cultivation and external introduction.(3)It establishes benefit-sharing mechanisms to link farmers with industries,increase their incomes and promote common prosperity.关键词
