Study on the Role of United Front in Enabling New Quality Productivity in Colleges and Universities

Abstract
In September 2023,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed"accelerate the formation of new quality productive forces and enhance new driving forces for development"during his inspection in Heilongjiang.The Regulations on the Work of the United Front of the CPC clearly mentions the importance of the united front work in colleges and universities,and stipulates the basic tasks,principles,and methods of the united front work in colleges and universities,which provides fundamental compliance and institutional guarantee for the united front to enable the new quality productivity of colleges and universities.The article explores the specific role of the united front in empowering the development of new quality productive forces in universities.Against the backdrop of global technological revolution and industrial transformation,new quality productivity has become an important driving force for socio-economic development.Starting from the definitions and connotations of"united front"and"new quality productivity of universities",this article analyzes the relationship between the current united front and new quality productivity of universities,and further explores the specific role of the united front in empowering new quality productivity of universities under the current situation,in order to provide direction and ideas for the path of the united front empowering new quality productivity of universities,and better cultivate outstanding talents that meet the needs of today's society.关键词
