Analysis of the"Decisive Mechanism"of Internet Violence in the"Bare Life"
摘要
Abstract
In cyberbullying,the"sovereign"creates morally coercive norms,suspends the law,and creates an"state of exception"that leaves victims in a state of"bare life".The sovereign needs to have a moral high ground,and their identity can change at any time.Whether or not"coercive force"leads to the ultimate outcome depends on factors such as the victim's self-protection awareness.The state's prevention and treatment of cyberbullying is not only about post-event punishment,but also about pre-event prevention."Sovereignty decision"is the core of the prevention and treatment of cyberbullying,and platforms should use certain judgment standards to monitor the occurrence of cyberbullying in advance and prevent it from happening.关键词
