Abstract
Bolting and shotcreting with wire mesh is a common supporting method for coal mine tunnels.Spraying concrete has the ad-vantages of fast construction speed,high structural strength,and material saving.However,traditional sprayers have problems such as in-convenient movement,nozzle clogging,limited spraying range,and low mechanization level.At the same time,the process of concrete spraying and supporting is also a labor-intensive and occupational hazard prone process,which poses significant safety risks on the con-struction site.Taking the Hongshan Coal Mine excavation working face roadway spraying as the engineering background,in response to the difficulties of steep roadway slopes and long spraying distances in the spraying operation,a tracked rotor concrete spraying machine was used to achieve long distance spraying,which can be completed by 2-3 people,achieving safe and efficient operation results.关键词
