基于多槽圆柱凸轮的等距分苗装置设计与试验
Design and Test of Equidistant Seedling Separation Device Based on Multi-Grooved Cylindrical Cam

Abstract
As the core component of the high-efficiency transplanting system,the seedling separating efficiency and seedling feeding accuracy of the seedling separation mechanism directly determine the overall operation performance of the transplanting system.To address the issues associated with the seedling separation device,such as low automation,poor feeding accuracy,and high seedling damage rates in the current vegetable transplanting process,an equidistant seedling separation device based on multi-grooved cylindrical cam was designed.This device enables synchronous equidistant seedling separation and precise feeding on demand for multiple seedlings within a single operation cycle.The whole ma-chine is composed of multi-grooved cylindrical cam variable-pitch mechanism,seedling guide tube,seedling dropping tube,control system,and fixed frame.Through relevant theoretical analysis,the structural design and parameter deter-mination of key components in the seedling separation device were completed.A test platform for plug tray seedling sepa-ration was established to conduct damage tests under different seedling separation speeds.The test results showed that:the substrate breakage rate of plug seedlings increased slightly with the increase of seedling separation speed.When the seed-ling separation speed reached 90 plants/(min-row),the device can still maintain stable,continuous and non-interfer-ence operation,the substrate breakage rate of plug seedlings for the three tested transplant crops(pepper,cabbage,and bok choy)was all below 6%,indicating that the seedling dividing device was capable of meeting the seedling dividing re-quirements of current multi-row automated transplanters.关键词
