芹菜有序收获装置的设计与试验
Design and Experiment of Celery Orderly Harvesting Device

Abstract
To address the lack of mechanized harvesting equipment and the high reliance on manual labor in celery har-vesting operations,an celery orderly harvesting device was designed.This device enables standardized operations inclu-ding subsoil root cutting,gentle clamping and conveying,and orderly collection and laying.The overall structure and working principle of the ordered harvesting device were described.Based on the dynamic analysis of celery during the clamping-conveying and orderly collection-laying processes,the structural parameters and speed settings of the clamping-conveying device,as well as the inclination angle of the deflector,were determined.The influence patterns of device parameters on harvest damage rate and post-collection laying uniformity were analyzed.A prototype was construc-ted,and harvesting parameter optimization experiments were conducted using the Box-Behnken method.Factors included travel speed,cutter depth,conveyor linear velocity,and deflector inclination angle,with harvest damage rate and coeffi-cient of variation(CV)of laying angle as evaluation indicators.Design-Expert 11 software was used to build regression models relating the factors and indicators,and the interaction effects of factors on the indicators were analyzed.Based on the significance tests of the factors,the regression models were optimized,yielding the optimal parameter combination:travel speed 0.42 m/s,cutter depth 31 mm,clamping conveyor linear velocity 0.61 m/s,deflector inclination angle 49.6°.Experimental verification showed the harvest damage rate of 5.27%and laying angle CV of 9.98%under this combination,with errors within 10%of model predictions.This demonstrated that the optimized parameter combination facilitates orderly celery harvesting.关键词
