摘要

Abstract

To address the severe fruit drop damage and low harvesting quality during the operation of existing vibration-type Lycium barbarum harvesters,a flexible and deployable Lycium barbarum receiving device was designed.The device adopted a wearable structure to improve collection efficiency and effectively reduce mechanical damage by shortening the fruit drop distance.To determine the key parameters of the device,the three-dimensional dropping trajectories of Lycium barbarum fruits under vibration conditions were measured and analyzed based on the Qualisys optical motion capture sys-tem.A regression model of fruit horizontal splash distance and drop height was established,determining the optimal radius of the receiving tray to be 156.4 mm at a receiving height of 200 mm.The collision characteristics between fruits and re-ceiving surface were analyzed using collision dynamics theory.Finite element simulation analysis of the device frame was conducted using ANSYS Workbench,yielding optimal parameters of 4.5 mm frame width and 2.0 mm thickness,achie-ving a balance between strength,stiffness and lightweight design.Field experiments were conducted with receiving height and receiving surface inclination angle as factors,and fruit damage rate and collection rate as indicators.The results showed that when the device was operated in conjunction with the vibration-type Lycium barbarum harvester,the fruit damage rate was 4.84%and the collection rate reached 95.56%,representing a 43.92%reduction in damage rate com-pared with traditional ground receiving methods.This research primarily addressed the complex relationships among fruit dropping trajectory,collision force analysis and mechanical optimization,significantly improving the quality of mechanized Lycium barbarum harvesting and providing technical support for the promotion and application of vibration-type Lycium barbarum harvesting technology.
