Design and Experiment of 4YJ-2000 Pickup Machine for Rhizome Chinese Medicinal Materials

Abstract
Aiming at the outstanding problems such as insufficient mining depth and relying on a large number of manual completion of harvesting operations of the current rhizome Chinese herbal medicine picking machine,in order to improve the efficiency and mechanization level of harvesting operations,a 4YJ-2000 rhizome Chinese medicinal materials picking machine was developed.According to the agronomic requirements and operation characteristics of rhizome Chinese medici-nal materials,the structure and key working parts of the whole machine were optimized,and the digging shovel mechanism was improved to a plane fixed structure to enhance the ability of soil crushing,deformation resistance and wear resistance.The excavation depth was determined to be from 100 to 200 mm,and the angle of digging shovel into the soil α was from 20° to 30°,which could meet the demand of the buried depth of medicinal materials,and fundamentally solve the key problems such as insufficient working depth and easy breaking failure of digging shovel.The field test results showed that the average digging rate of rhizome medicinal materials was 97.23%,which was higher than the international standard(≥95%)under the working parameters of tractor forward speed of 3 km/h,digging depth of 170 mm and digging shovel pen-etration angle of 25°.The injury rate was 1.85%,which was lower than the international standard(≤5%).The stability of the prototype operation was good,and the picking effect met the needs of large-scale production.This study could pro-vide a reference for the technical upgrading and industrial application of rhizome Chinese medicine materials harvesting machinery.关键词
