摘要

Abstract

Addressing the issues of high latency,complex wiring,and weak interference resistance in traditional agricul-tural machinery control systems,this paper designs and implements an intelligent CAN-based electrical control system for agricultural machinery.Centered around an embedded controller,it integrates multiple sensor categories including engine monitoring,hydraulic actuation,operational posture detection,and task parameter acquisition.The entire system relies on the CAN 2.0B communication protocol to establish a distributed control network for the machinery.By combi-ning adaptive PID control with task condition recognition algorithms,it achieves precise regulation of engine load,con-trol of working depth,speed planning,and fault alarm functions.This work aims to provide theoretical foundations and technical support for the development and cluster control of intelligent agricultural machinery equipment.
