噬菌体在畜禽养殖业防控耐药菌的应用研究进展
Research progress on the application of bacteriophages in controlling antibiotic-resistant bacteria in livestock and poultry farming industry

Abstract
This article systematically reviews the application and research progress of bacteriophages in intervening in the spread of resistance genes(ARGs)and the prevention and control of antibiotic-resistant bacteria(ARB)in livestock and poultry breeding environments.The paper pointed out that the livestock and poultry industry has become a key link in the breeding and spread of ARGs due to antibiotic abuse,and bacteriophages,especially lytic phages,can not only directly eliminate ARB by virtue of their specific cleavage mechanism,but also effectively inhibit the spread of ARGs by blocking the conjugation and other horizontal gene transfer(HGT)pathway.At the application level,this paper focused on the practical effects of bacteriophages in livestock and poultry manure treatment,animal product safety control,and internal infection prevention and control,including the advantages of specific phage,multivalent phage,and phage cocktail strategy.Although phage technology has shown potential as an alternative to antibiotics,it still faces multiple challenges such as host range limitations,environmental stability,economic costs of large-scale application,and potential ecological security risks.In the future,it is still necessary to promote the efficient and safe application of bacteriophage technology in animal husbandry through interdisciplinary cooperation and technology integration.关键词
