摘要
Abstract
A high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was developed for the separation and quantitative determination of Iodobenzonitrile Octanoate in technical material(TC).The analysis was performed on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column using acetonitrile-0.1%H3PO4 aqueous solution as the mobile phase,with detection at a wavelength of 230nm.The result showed a linear correlation coefficient of 0.9999,a standard deviation of 0.08,and a coefficient of variation(CV)of 0.09%.关键词
