摘要

Abstract

To clarify the improvement effect of organic fertilizer on aeolian sandy soil in the Ulan Buh Desert and psammophyte growth response,and provide support for desertification control and vegetation restoration,this study conducted pot experiments with Caragana korshinskii and Ammopiptanthus mongolicus under 4 treatments(CK,F1,F2,F3).It analyzed the effects on plant growth and rhizosphere soil physicochemical properties,and evaluated improvement efficiency via correlation and PCA.Results showed significant species-specific differences in psammophyte responses;organic fertilizer optimized soil properties(F3 best,F1 regulating bulk density appropriately,chemical improvement with obvious threshold).PCA indicated the first two principal components(cumulative variance 85.76%)characterized soil and plant indicators.F2 had the optimal balance of effect,cost and adaptability,identified as the optimal gradient for large-scale application,providing theoretical and technical support for precise soil improvement and sand-fixing plant cultivation in the study area and similar arid regions.
