基于系统动力学模型的集群式供应链跨链知识共享
Knowledge Sharing of Cluster Supply Chain between Cross Links Based on System Dynamics Model

Abstract
Cross-chain knowledge sharing in cluster supply chain is a key strategy to break through organizational boundaries and integrate multi-party resources.Clarifying the coor-dination mechanism between knowledge sharing parties can promote knowledge exchange and problem solving in clusters.Based on this,the collaborative operation mechanism of intra-chain and inter-chain of cluster supply chain under knowledge sharing was discussed,the influencing factors of knowledge sharing between cross-chains of cluster supply chain was analyzed,the system dynamics model of knowledge sharing between cross-chains of cluster supply chain was constructed,and the rationality and effectiveness of the model was verified by simulation software.The research results show that the model could de-scribe the evolution process of cross-chain knowledge sharing behavior,and could provide reference for improving the mechanism design of knowledge transfer behavior between supply chains.关键词
