Abstract
In order to further improve the accuracy of prediction results of aircraft parts assembly man-hours,an aircraft parts assembly man-hours quota technology based on integrated model is proposed.The assembly man-hour quota model based on assembly difficulty coefficient analyzes the influence of factors such as assembly process and material characteristics on assembly man-hours from a microscopic perspective;an assembly man-hour quota model based on data envelopment analysis analyzes the input-output of the entire assembly line on assembly man-hours from a macro perspective.After combining the advantages of the two models to obtain an integrated model,this paper designs experiments to compare man-hour predictions.The results show that the man-hour prediction accuracy of the integrated model is higher than that of the single model,and both estimation efficiency and estimation accuracy are improved.关键词
