基于MSC.Patran&Nastran有限元软件的某大型运输机平尾有限元模型修正

Abstract
Based on the measured strain data and displacement data of the main force-transmitting structure obtained from the limited load static test,the internal force distribution and the error distribution data of the displacement solution of the natural mesh finite element model of the horizontal tail of a large transport aircraft are analyzed.The results show that the internal force distribution and rigidity of the model are significantly different from the measured data.Using the model simplification measures,the trend of the measured data and the force transfer characteristics of the structure,the finite element model was revised and the error analysis was re-performed.The consistency between the internal force distribution of the revised finite element model and the test measurement was significantly improved,and the displacement data was also highly consistent with the test measurement.关键词
