智慧养老产品对老年人医疗服务利用的影响
The Influence of Smart Elderly Care Products on Elderly Utilization of Medical Services

Abstract
Optimizing the utilization behavior of medical services for the elderly and controlling the growth of medical expenses are great challenges in the new medical reform process.Based on the 2023 China Longitudinal Aging Social Survey(CLASS)data,using an endogenous transformation model,this paper empirically analyzes the impact effect and mechanism of smart elderly care products on the utilization of medical services by the elderly.The study found that smart elderly care products can increase the utilization of primary medical and health services in the community,reduce the number of hospitalization,and reduce the burden of medical expenses.The mechanism analysis indicates that smart elderly care products affect the utilization of medical services for the elderly through two path:inhibiting the habit of delayed medical treatment and improving the perceived health level.The moderation effect analysis reveals that family doctors and smart elderly care products play a"system-technology"synergistic effect:family doctors contracting enhances the positive impact of smart elderly care products on the utilization of primary medical and health services in the community,the negative impact on the number of hospitalization and the burden of medical expenses.The study points out that efforts should be intensified to promote the popularization of smart elderly care products,improve the coordination mechanism between family doctor contracting service and smart elderly care products,promote the strategic transformation of medical and health service system from"treatment-centered"to"health management as the center",and optimize the supply content and response mechanism of community medical and health services.关键词
