摘要

Abstract

In order to investigate the pathogenic bacteria and pathogenicity of visceral white spot disease of large yellow croaker(Larimichthys crocea),a dominant strain,DHS-FD-01,was isolated and purified from diseased large yellow croaker cultured in Fuding,Fujian Province.Physiological and biochemical analysis indicated that the strain was Pseudomonas.The strain was identified as P.plecoglossicida based on the sequencing results of 16S rRNA gene,gyrB,oprF,oprI,oprL and rpoD genes and phylogenetic analysis.Moreover,the strain could induce the occurrence of visceral white spot disease in L.crocea in the artificial infection test at water temperature of 15-20℃.DHS-FD-01 was highly sensitive to neomycin and ceftazidime.Obvious inflammatory and necrotic symp-toms were observed in the liver,spleen,head kidney of the diseased L.crocea.The results provide an experimen-tal basis for the scientific prevention and control of visceral white spot disease in L.crocea caused by this strain.
