Research report on training analysis of aquaculture farmers in Shanghai based on demand analysis

Abstract
To optimize the training system for aquaculture farmers in Shanghai,this study systematically analyzed the current status and existing issues of the training system based on aquaculture farmer training data from 2019 to 2023,combined with questionnaire surveys and on-site interviews.The results indicate that the current training system is primarily government-led,with instructors mainly from research institutions and universities.The trai-nees exhibited characteristics of an aging population,low female participation,and a polarized distribution of edu-cational backgrounds.The training content is largely focused on technical skills,lacking courses that connected with market-oriented aspects such as marketing and brand development.From the three dimensions of"partici-pants,curriculum,and system",the study proposes optimization strategies:constructing a hierarchical and cate-gorized training system,strengthening the multi-stakeholder collaboration mechanism among the government,uni-versities,and enterprises,improving the instructor structure,and enhancing policy support and incentive mecha-nisms.These measures aim to improve the inclusivity,precision,and systematicity of the training system,thereby promoting the high-quality development of the aquaculture industry.关键词
