恩美曲妥珠单抗治疗后持续性重度血小板减少1例暨文献复习
Ado-Trastuzumab Emtansine(T-DM1)-Induced Persistent Severe Throm-bocytopenia:A Case Report and Literature Review

Abstract
Persistent severe thrombocytopenia induced by ado-trastuzumab emtansine(T-DM1)is a rare adverse drug re-action for which no definitive treatment strategy has been established to date.This article reports a case of a HER2-positive breast cancer patient who developed persistent severe thrombocytopenia following T-DM1 therapy.Subsequent treatment with recombinant human thrombopoietin and hetrombopag showed no efficacy;thus,romiplostim was administered instead,which led to gradual recovery and stabilization of the platelet count.By presenting this case and reviewing the relevant literature,we aim to provide a clinical reference for the management of T-DM1-related thrombocytopenia.关键词
