食管癌放疗抵抗研究现状
Advances in Understanding Radiotherapy Resistance in Esophageal Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Esophageal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors worldwide,with persistently high incidence and mortality rates,thus posing a major threat to human health.Radiotherapy is a key component of the comprehensive treat-ment strategy for esophageal cancer.Radioresistance refers to the phenomenon in which tumor cells develop tolerance or at-tenuated responses to radiotherapy,resulting in tumor recurrence,metastasis,and poor prognosis.In recent years,radiore-sistance in esophageal cancer has become a research hotspot in the field of oncology.This article reviews the potential mecha-nisms,influencing factors,and potential strategies to overcome radioresistance in esophageal cancer,aiming to provide new insights for the implementation of individualized and precise clinical treatment.关键词
