Abstract
Taking the Renying-Qikou pulse diagnosis method as its diagnostic core,the Tai-chi needling technique accurately locates diseased meridians,selects acupoints,determines manipulation techniques,and evaluates therapeutic effects through this pulse diagnosis method,thus establishing a complete diagnosis-treatment-evaluation system.Its core value is reflected in the accuracy of acupoint selection in acupuncture,the individualization of treatment plans,and the significant curative effects on complex diseases(such as stroke,intractable facial paralysis,and intractable pain-related diseases).Originating from classical theories and integrated with clinical practice,this method is characterized by high clinical reproducibility and a broad spectrum of indications,thereby holding significant academic value and clinical implications for promoting standardization of procedures and enhancing therapeutic efficacy in acupuncture.关键词
