浅析从肝论治寻常型银屑病
A preliminary analysis of treating psoriasis vulgaris from the perspective of the liver
摘要
Abstract
Psoriasis vulgaris is a clinically common and stubborn skin disease that cannot be completely cured at present.Based on the theories of"liver controlling conveyance and dispersion"and"liver storing blood",this study systematically expounds the intrinsic relationship between liver dysfunction and the core pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris,namely"blood heat,blood stasis,and blood dryness".It proposes a progressive pathogenesis transformation model of"liver stagnation-blood stasis-transformation into fire-generation of wind",and combines it with modern neuro-endocrine-immune network mechanisms to demonstrate the scientific nature of treating from the perspective of the liver.Taking clearing liver fire,promoting liver Qi movement,and nourishing liver blood as the treatment principles,this study provides new insights for the precise diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis in traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
