血小板参数与早期婴儿特应性皮炎发病相关性分析
Analysis of the correlation between platelet parameters and the onset of atopic dermatitis in early infancy

Abstract
Objective To Analyze the correlation between peripheral blood platelet parameters and the onset of early-onset infant atopic dermatitis to provide evidence for the prevention and control of early-onset infant atopic dermatitis.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 186 infants aged 3 months who attended the pediatric outpatient department at Air Force Medical Center between 2022 and 2024.Infants were categorized into case and control groups according to atopic dermatitis status.Binary logistic regression models were applied to assess the associations between baseline characteristics,eczema occurrence at 42 days of life,platelet parameters,and the development of atopic dermatitis.Results The case group exhibited statistically significant differences compared to the control group at 42 days in terms of eczema incidence,platelet count,mean corpuscular volume,and platelet distribution width(P<0.05).No statistically significant differences were observed between groups regarding gender,delivery mode,or feeding method(P>0.05).Infants presenting with eczema by 42 days had a 7.19-fold increased odds of developing atopic dermatitis at 3 months(OR=7.19,95%CI:3.70～13.96).Those with a platelet count>300×109/L at 42 days showed a 4.12-fold greater odds of atopic dermatitis(OR=4.12,95%CI:1.76～9.67).The mean platelet volume(OR=0.63,95%CI:0.45～0.87)and platelet volume distribution width(OR=0.53,95%CI:0.31～0.91)at 42 days of age were inhibitory factors for the development of atopic dermatitis in infants at 3 months of age.Conclusion Platelet count and the occurrence of eczema at 42 days serve as risk factors for the onset of atopic dermatitis in 3-month-old infants.Among these,the occurrence of eczema at 42 days is an independent risk factor for the onset of atopic dermatitis in 3-month-old infants(OR=5.40,95%CI:2.60～11.22).Platelet function may be involved in the pathogenesis of infantile atopic dermatitis..关键词
