笑气吸入麻醉技术在内热针疗法中的临床应用
Clinical research on the application of nitrous oxide inhalation anesthesia technique in internal heat-type acupuncture therapy

Abstract
Objective To observe the anesthetic effect,safety,and comfort of nitrous oxide inhalation in conjunction with internal heat-type acupuncture therapy.Methods In this study,90 patients with chronic pain who received internal heat-type acupuncture therapy were divided into three groups according to different anesthesia methods,and 30 patients in each group.Group A received nitrous oxide inhalation anesthesia,group B received local anesthesia,and group C received a combination of nitrous oxide inhalation and local anesthesia.The Ramsay Sedation Scale,Adult Pain Behavioral Scale(APBS),Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores,vital signs,and adverse reactions were observed during the treatment.Results ① The group A and group C exhibited significantly lower APBS scores compared to the group B(P<0.05).② The group B showed no marked sedation effect,whereas the group C had better Ramsay Sedation Scores than the group A(P<0.05).③ Under different anesthesia methods,the comparisons of VAS scores before and after internal heat-type acupuncture therapy in each group showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),indicating that the therapy can effectively alleviate pain in patients.④ The incidence of adverse reactions in the group A and group C was slightly higher than in the group B,but the difference among the three groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).⑤ Abnormal vital signs were observed in 3 cases in the group B,while no abnormalities were noted in the other two groups.The difference among the three groups was not significant(P>0.05).⑥ The inhalation concentration of nitrous oxide in group A was weakly positively correlated with adverse reactions,while in group C there was no such correlation.Conclusion Nitrous oxide inhalation anesthesia technique is safe and effective in alleviating pain during internal heat-type acupuncture therapy.When combined with local anesthesia,it further enhances patient comfort.关键词
