从黄元御中气升降理论浅析胃食管反流病的治疗
Analysis of the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease based on the theory of rise and fall of middle Qi by Huang Yuanyu
摘要
Abstract
Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is a common digestive system disease.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has developed a well-established understanding of its etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment.It holds that the disease is located in the stomach and esophagus,and is closely correlated with the liver,spleen,lung,kidney,and heart.The core pathogenesis is dominated by dysfunction of gastric harmony and descending function,which induces the upward adverse flow of stomach Qi.Based on the theory of"the rise and fall of middle Qi"in Huang Yuanyu's Four Sages'Heart Source,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis on the pathogenesis of GERD,starting from the imbalance of ascending and descending movement of middle Qi of the spleen and stomach as well as the disorder of four-dimensional Qi movement.It proposes a comprehensive therapy that takes regulating the middle Qi and restoring gastric harmony and descending function as the foundation,supplemented by the approaches of soothing the liver,regulating the lung,invigorating the spleen,tonifying the kidney and nourishing the heart.This therapy is designe to achieve overall regulation of multiple zang-organs and restore the four-dimensional operation.This study is intended to provide new insights into the clinical treatment of GERD.关键词
