基于"营卫-脑玄府"理论与食欲素系统在失眠发病中的相关性探讨
Discussion on the correlation between the theory of"Ying-wei theory and brain Xuanfu"and orexin system in the pathogenesis of insomnia

Abstract
With the acceleration of modern life pace and the intensification of social pressure,the prevalence of insomnia has been continuously rising,becoming a prominent public health issue that affects both physical and mental health.Compared with the limitations of Western medicine sedative drugs in clinical application,such as easy dependence and adverse reactions,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment for insomnia,through methods like harmonizing Ying-wei systems and unblocking the Xuanfu,has demonstrated unique advantages in improving sleep quality and overall quality of life.This study combining the TCM theories of"Ying-wei"and"brain Xuanfu"with the related mechanisms of the orexin system in modern neurobiology,proposes that"regulating Ying-wei"is a key link in maintaining"brain Xuanfu opening and closing in moderation".One of its modern biological bases lies in the circadian rhythm of orexin secretion,which maintains normal sleep-wake balance;conversely,the disharmony of Ying and wei leads to abnormal opening and closing of the brain Xuanfu,corresponding to orexin secretion disorder,constituting an important pathological mechanism of insomnia.By constructing the theoretical model of"Ying-wei circulation,Xuanfu regulation,and Sleep-wake balance",this study not only reveals the intrinsic consistency between the"Ying-wei-brain Xuanfu"theory and the orexin system in the terms of rhythm regulation,but also provides a new theoretical basis for the integrated intervention of insomnia in TCM and Western medicine,contributing to the scientific optimization and clinical transformation of TCM diagnosis and treatment plans.关键词
