摘要
Abstract
Gouty arthritis is an inflammatory joint disease and the most common type of inflammatory arthritis.Hyperuricemia is the biochemical basis of gout,but not all hyperuricemia leads to acute gout attacks.This process is also closely related to many other factors.Besides being influenced by factors such as gender and age,it is also closely related to lifestyle,genetic susceptibility,drug use,co-morbid conditions,and stimulation by inflammatory factors and cytokines.Based on the concept of"preventing disease before it occurs and preventing its progression once it occurs"in traditional Chinese medicine,this article systematically reviews the related risk factors for gouty arthritis attacks,with the aim of providing clinical references for the prevention of acute gout attacks and achieving the goal of preventive treatment.关键词
