微创穴位埋线疗法治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效和机制探讨
Discussion on the efficacy and mechanism of minimally invasive acupoint catgut embedding therapy for perimenopausal syndrome

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of minimally invasive acupoint catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Methods A total of 66 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 33 cases in each group.The treatment group was given acupoint catgut embedding therapy,while the control group was given oral Femoston.The modified Kupperman index scoring method was used to evaluate symptom scores in both groups before treatment and at the 1st,the 2nd,and the 3rd months after treatment.Serum sex hormone levels were measured before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The symptom scores of both groups gradually decreased before treatment and at the 1st,the 2nd,and the 3rd months after treatment(P<0.05).The scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group at the 1st and the 2nd months after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference at the 3rd month after treatment(P>0.05).Compared with pre-treatment levels,the serum estradiol levels in both groups increased after treatment(P<0.05),while the levels of luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone decreased(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in sex hormone levels between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The total effective rates of the treatment group at the 1st and the 2nd months after treatment were 50.00%and 66.67%,respectively,which were lower than 73.33%and 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).However,at the 3rd months after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group(90.00%)and the control group(86.67%)(P>0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group and the control group was 3.33%and 30.00%,respectively,with the treatment group being significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive acupoint catgut embedding therapy can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with perimenopausal syndrome and regulate their sex hormone levels,with a low incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
