Abstract
Systematic Differentiation Pulse-Needle Approach is a distinctive diagnostic and therapeutic approach developed under the guidance of systemic pulse diagnosis theory and integrated with acupuncture techniques.It has been widely applied clinically and enables targeted and precise treatment of diseases.This protocol centers on pulse diagnosis,identifying pulse characteristics to achieve pulse-based characterization,pulse-based syndrome differentiation,and pulse-based location determination.It guides acupuncture point selection and technique application,establishing a coordinated diagnostic and therapeutic system linking pulse,syndrome,and acupoint.Clinical practice encompasses pulse diagnosis techniques,acupoint localization,needling methods,and a dynamic adjustment strategy of integrating pulse findings with needling.It emphasizes real-time optimization of treatment protocols based on pulse pattern changes during therapy.This protocol,validated through multidisciplinary expert review and clinical practice,demonstrates high operability and reproducibility.It provides a standardized pathway for acupuncture treatment of insomnia,enhancing clinical efficacy while advancing the standardization and scientific development of acupuncture and moxibustion practice in traditional Chinese Medicine.关键词
