维持性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘穿刺管理方案的构建
Development of an Internal Arteriovenous Fistula Puncture Management Plan for Maintenance He-modialysis Patients

Abstract
Methods To develop an internal arteriovenous fistula puncture management plan for maintenance hemodialysis patients,guided by evidence-based principles,aiming to standardize puncture practices among clinical nurses,prevent puncture-related complications and prolong internal fistula service life.Methods Articles on internal arteriovenous fistula puncture management were systematically searched in guideline networks and Chinese and foreign databases.Evidence was extracted from these articles and integrated to draft an internal arteriovenous fistula puncture technique management plan.The draft was subsequently refined through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,yielding a final internal arteriovenous fistula puncture technique management plan.Results A total of 15 articles were included.After two rounds of expert consultation,a plan comprising 28 items across 5 aspects(team management,functional assessment,puncture plan development,complication management and patient education)was developed.Additionally,an internal arteriovenous fistula puncture management flowchart and a puncture technique decision-making diagram were developed.Conclusion Summarizing the best evidence on internal arteriovenous fistula puncture technique and developing a management plan with an accompanying flowchart can guide internal arteriovenous fistula puncture technique management in hemodialysis patients.关键词
