护士个案管理核心能力潜在剖面分析及影响因素研究
Latent Profile Analysis and Influencing Factors of Nurses' Core Competencies in Case Management

Abstract
Objective To explore the latent classes of nurses'core competencies in case management and analyze their influencing factors.Methods In April 2025,1 122 nurses were selected from four tertiary hospitals in Henan Province by convenience sampling.They were investigated using the Core Competencies Assessment Scale for Case Managers and the Job Crafting Scale.Latent profile analysis was conducted to identify latent classes of nurses'core competencies in case management.Logistic regression was conducted to identify influencing factors of nurses'core competencies in case management.Results The core competencies in case management were classified into three latent classes:fair competency(23.3%),moderate competency(62.6%),and severe deficiency(14.1%).Logistic regression revealed that job crafting,age,marital status and being a case manager were factors influencing nurses'core competencies in case management(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurses'core competencies in case management vary significantly across latent classes.Targeted guidance should be provided based on the influencing factors associated with different classes.It is recommended to develop group-based intervention programs to improve nurses'core competencies in case management.关键词
