基于CiteSpace的中西医结合治疗心力衰竭知识图谱分析
Knowledge graph analysis of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of heart failure based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective:To conduct a scientometric analysis of the literature on integrated traditional Chinese and west-ern medicine in the treatment of heart failure(HF)over the past decade using CiteSpace,providing a visualized decision-making reference for the development of the discipline.Methods:Literature on integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of HF published from January 1,2013,to May 1,2023,was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database.After screening,4,835 eligible articles were included.Using CiteSpace 5.7.R5W software,with authors,institutions and keywords as nodes,a visualized analysis was conducted through co-occurrence networks,log-likelihood ratio(LLR)clustering and emergent word detection,combined with network pruning techniques.Results:The number of publications on integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of HF increased steadily over the past decade,peaking in 2020.The core group of authors was represented by Zhang Yan,but collaborations were relatively loose.Traditional Chinese medicine institutions,such as Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,were the main research forces,with emerging cross-regional and international collaborations."Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy"(632 occurrences)and"cardiac function"(398 occurrences)were high-frequency words,with research focusing on clinical observations.Traditional Chinese medicine principles such as"warming Yang to promote diuresis"complemented western medicine approaches.Research hotspots gradually shifted from"Chinese herbal medicine"and"benefiting Qi and warming Yang"to"syndrome differentiation and classification",with"acupoint ap-plication"and"cardiac rehabilitation"becoming sustained hotspots in recent years.Keyword clustering formed seven reliable modules(Q=0.3993,S=0.7832).Emergent word detection indicated that research was expanding toward individualized syn-drome differentiation and rehabilitation interventions.Conclusion:Research on integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of HF has developed rapidly,forming a core research network.Hotspots are centered on integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy and traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation.Future efforts should strengthen cross-institutional collaboration and basic mechanistic research to promote the standardization and international-ization of traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of HF.关键词
