针刺联合艾灸治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效观察
Clinical observation on the efficacy of acupuncture combined with moxibustion in the treatment of acute pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with moxibustion in the treatment of acute pancreatitis(AP).Method Sixty patients with acute pancreatitis who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medical treatment,while the treatment group received acupuncture combined with moxibustion in addition to the same conventional treatment.The time to pain relief,time to first flatus and defecation,and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Changes in serum levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),procalcitonin(PCT),D-lactate,amylase,and lipase before and after treatment were observed,and overall clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Result The treatment group showed significantly shorter time to abdominal pain relief,faster recovery of gastrointestinal function(earlier first flatus and defecation),and shorter hospital stay compared with the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,serum levels of inflammatory markers(CRP,IL-6,and TNF-α)decreased in both groups compared with baseline(P＜0.05),with significantly lower levels in the treatment group than in the control group(P＜0.05).Serum levels of PCT,D-lactate,amylase,and lipase were also reduced in both groups after treatment(P＜0.05),and the reductions were more pronounced in the treatment group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(73.3%)(P＜0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional Western medical treatment,early intervention with acupuncture combined with moxibustion is safe and effective for the treatment of acute pancreatitis.This combined therapy can significantly alleviate clinical symptoms,suppress inflammatory responses,and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.关键词
