不同频次鼻三针治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效观察
Observation of the effectiveness of Bi San Zhen at different frequencies for allergic rhinitis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of Bi San Zhen(three-needle acupuncture for nasal diseases)at different frequencies in treating allergic rhinitis(AR).Method A total of 120 patients with AR were randomized into a control group(30 cases,including 2 dropouts),group A1(30 cases,including 2 dropouts),group A2(30 cases,including 1 dropout),and group A3(30 cases,including 1 dropout).The control group was treated with Fluticasone propionate nasal spray.In addition to the control group's intervention,group A1 received Bi San Zhen once daily,group A2 received Bi San Zhen once every other day,and group A3 received Bi San Zhen once every three days.Before and after treatment,the four groups were observed for changes in the visual analog scale(VAS)score for nasal symptoms.The eosinophil(EOS)count in nasal secretions,the serum level of specific immunoglobulin E(sIgE),and adverse reactions were also compared.Result After treatment,the VAS scores for sneezing,runny nose,nasal itching,and nasal congestion decreased in all four groups(P＜0.05).Post-treatment inter-group comparisons of the VAS scores for sneezing,runny nose,nasal itching,and nasal congestion showed statistical significance among the four groups(P＜0.05);each score was lower in groups A1 and A2 than in the control group(P＜0.05),and the post-treatment differences in the VAS scores for sneezing,runny nose,nasal itching,and nasal congestion were greater in groups A1 and A2 than in the control group and group A3(P＜0.05).After treatment,the four groups all demonstrated decreases in the nasal EOS count and serum sIgE level(P＜0.05).Post-treatment comparisons of the nasal EOS count and sIgE level showed statistical significance among the four groups(P＜0.05);the nasal EOS count and serum sIgE level in groups A1 and A2 were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The comparison of adverse reaction rate showed no significant differences among the four groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Bi San Zhen can effectively improve AR symptoms,reduce nasal EOS infiltration,and downregulate the sIgE level;the treatment plan of once every other day(group A2)is a comparatively good option since it ensures the effectiveness and also reduces treatment frequencies.关键词
