摘要
Abstract
Moringa oleifera belongs to a perennial deciduous tree plant and is a traditional herb in India.Moringa leaf polysaccharide is the main active ingredient of Moringa oleifera leaf.The appropriate amount of Moringa oleifera leaf polysaccharide has the functions of improving animal growth performance,enhanc-ing animal immunity,anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,and improving the quality of livestock and poultry products.This paper mainly summarizes the extraction,biological function and action mechanism of Mor-inga oleifera polysaccharide,and summarizes the application progress in animal production,in order to pro-vide reference for the rational application of Moringa oleifera polysaccharide in animal feed.关键词
