Abstract
Investigating the effects of gallnut extract on the growth and development of Micropterus salmoi-des.Selecting 450 vigorous individuals with an initial weight of(10.23±0.05)g,divided into 5 groups,each with 3 replicates,and each replicate containing 30 individuals.Each group is fed a diet supplemented with five different concentrations of galla chinensis extract:0(A),0.125%(B1),0.25%(B2),0.375%(B3)and 0.5%(B4),over a trial period of 90 d.The experimental results indicate that:① compared to the A group,the feed conversion ratios(FCR)for the B1,B2,and B3 groups significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the final spe-cific growth rates(SGR),weight gain rates(WGR),and final body weights(FBW)for each group significantly increased(P<0.05).② There aren't any big differ-ences in moisture,crude ash,crude protein,and crude fat between the groups(P>0.05).③ Com-pared with the F0 group,there was no significant effect on amylase and trypsin activities in any group(P>0.05),but the lipase activities in the B1 and the groups went up a lot(P<0.05).④ There are no significant differences in superoxide dismutase(SOD),alkaline phosphatase(AKP),and acid phosphatase(ACP)among the groups(P>0.05).⑤ Compared with group A,the number of B3 foregut villi was significantly increased.In summary,adding an appropriate amount of five-needle pine extract to the feed of the Micropterus salmoides can effectively improve intestinal tissue morphology and reduce the feed conversion ratio.Based on the weight gain rate as the evaluation index,the suitable addition level of five-needle pine extract is 0.375%.关键词
