Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of electromyographic(EMG)biofeedback therapy combined with a targeted rehabilita-tion guidance pathway on sleep in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction ad-mitted to the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine,The First Hospital of Quanzhou Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from June 2023 to June 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using the random num-ber table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received a targeted rehabilitation guidance pathway intervention,while the observation group received additional EMG biofeedback therapy on this basis.The intervention lasted for 2 months.Sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)],emotional status[Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)],EMG indicators[average electromyographic amplitude of the frontalis muscle(AEMG)],and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,PSQI,SAS,SDS scores,and AEMG values decreased in both groups(P＜0.05),and were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:EMG biofeedback therapy combined with a targeted rehabilitation guidance pathway can effectively improve sleep quality,alleviate negative emotions,and promote muscle relaxation in patients with cerebral infarction,with good safety.关键词
