摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of combined nebulized inhalation therapy on clinical outcomes in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)complicated by sleep disorders, based on routine treatment. Methods:A total of 80 patients with AECOPD and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores>7 admitted to Tonglu Hospital of Hangzhou First People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were enrolled and randomly divided into a con-trol group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine comprehensive treatment, while the observation group additionally received nebulized inhalation of budesonide, terbutaline, and ipratropium bromide twice daily.PSQI,Self-Rating Scale of Sleep(SRSS),modified Medical Research Council(mMRC)dyspnea scale,COPD Assessment Test(CAT),nighttime symptom Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),and pulmonary function indices were compared before and after treatment. Results:After treatment, the observation group showed significantly lower scores in PSQI(8.15±2.12 vs 10.82±2.36),SRSS(22.74±3.85 vs 26.87±4.02),mMRC(1.85±0.61 vs 2.31±0.68),CAT(17.34±3.85 vs 20.72±4.12),and nighttime VAS(4.12±1.05 vs 5.87±1.18)compared with the control group(all P<0.05).Improvements in FEV1 and FEV1/FVC were also more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with AECOPD complicated by sleep disorders,short-term intensified nebulized inhalation therapy in addition to routine treatment can further improve sleep quality, symptoms, pulmonary function, and quality of life, with good safety.关键词
