A Review of Research on the Application of Vacuum Metallurgy Technology for Non-ferrous metals

Abstract
Vacuum metallurgy is a metallurgical process conducted under negative pressure.With the gradual advancement of vacuum metallurgy technology,its application in the smelting of non-ferrous metals has become increasingly widespread.This paper provides a detailed study on the latest developments of vacuum metallurgy technology across various fields of non-ferrous metal smelting,including vacuum separation,vacuum reduction,vacuum refining,vacuum casting,heat treatment,and vacuum coating.It analyzes the characteristics and advantages of these technologies.Against the backdrop of dual energy consumption control and the"dual carbon"goals,fully leveraging the inherent attributes of vacuum metallurgy—cleanliness,low energy consumption,and pollution-free nature—while further expanding its application scope in the non-ferrous metal smelting industry is an urgent need for industry development and a necessary guarantee for the green and healthy growth of the sector.关键词
