摘要
Abstract
This paper combines the design of a domestically developed end-fed copper flat ingot heating furnace to briefly discuss the current technical status of domestic copper flat ingot heating furnaces.It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of three feeding and discharging methods,points out key considerations in furnace design and planning,compares the technical parameters of several walking beam furnaces,and focuses on the development and application of end-fed walking beam furnaces in terms of new technologies and equipment.Detailed discussions are provided on the feeding and discharging mechanism,the construction of the furnace floor beam and pouring materials,the water-free segmented furnace door,the automatic operation of the combustion system,and the double-layer frame-type furnace floor walking mechanism.The structural characteristics,design basis,usage effects,and pros and cons of the new walking beam furnace are analyzed.A comprehensive evaluation of the technical level of the new heating furnace is summarized,and suggestions for improvement in future designs are proposed,including furnace floor compartmentalized pouring,energy-saving and noise-reducing pump stations,auxiliary burner fan configurations,and synchronous operation of discharging oil cylinders with water-cooled beams.关键词
