高纯钽板不同焊接方式与热处理温度对力学性能的影响研究
Study on the Influence of Different Welding Methods and Heat Treatment Temperatures on the Mechanical Properties of High-Purity Tantalum Plates

Abstract
In this paper,3mm high-purity tantalum plates were welded using two welding methods:gas tungsten arc welding(GTAW)and vacuum electron beam welding.Both welding methods achieved the effect of single-sided welding with double-sided forming,resulting in effective welds.Samples were taken for heat treatment experiments,and the results showed that the overall performance of vacuum electron beam welded joints was better than that of GTAW welded joints.Specifically,for vacuum electron beam welding,the tensile strength was the highest when the heat treatment temperature was 900℃;the elongation after fracture was the highest at 1000° C;and the reduction of area was the highest at 1200℃.For GTAW,the tensile strength was the highest at a heat treatment temperature of 900℃,while the elongation after fracture and reduction of area reached the highest at 1100℃.关键词
