摘要
Abstract
This article innovatively proposes a process optimization idea of"medium temperature fast casting+gradient cooling".Through systematic research on the influence of casting temperature(680℃~720℃),casting speed(150~210mm/min),and scraper position(200~400mm)on the microstructure and properties of ingots,the multi-scale control mechanism of"process parameters temperature field solidification microstructure mechanical properties"is revealed.The study introduces machine learning algorithms into process optimization for the first time,constructs a predictive model with tensile strength and corrosion depth as objective functions,and ultimately achieves a technological breakthrough of ingot grain size standard deviation≤15μ m and hot crack rate≤0.3%,providing theoretical basis and engineering guidance for the short process preparation of Al Mg Si Mn alloys.关键词
